- 01Billboards SpeakOut is a movement dedicated to awakening believers to their identity in Christ and empowering them to boldly represent Jesus in the world. The name reflects the belief that Christians are meant to be living billboards, visibly displaying the love, truth, and power of Christ through their lives, words, and actions. Scripture teaches that believers are ambassadors for Christ and are called to reflect His life in the world. Scripture: • “We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us.” 2 Corinthians 5:20 • “You are the light of the world… let your light shine before others.” Matthew 5:14–16 • “As He is, so are we in this world.” 1 John 4:17
- 02We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living. The Bible reveals God’s nature, His plan for humanity, and the truth about salvation through Jesus Christ. Scripture: • “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” 2 Timothy 3:16 • “The word of our God stands forever.” Isaiah 40:8 • “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Psalm 119:105
- 03We believe in one true God who exists eternally as three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This is known as the Trinity. Each person of the Trinity is fully God, yet there is only one God. Scripture: • “Go therefore and make disciples… baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” Matthew 28:19 • “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.” 2 Corinthians 13:14 • “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.” Deuteronomy 6:4
- 04We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. He came into the world through the virgin birth and lived a sinless life. Jesus perfectly revealed the Father and demonstrated the love and power of God. Scripture: • “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” John 1:1 • “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.” John 1:14 • “For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form.” Colossians 2:9
- 05The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, being fully God and co-equal with the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit is not merely a force or influence but a divine person who speaks, teaches, guides, comforts, and empowers believers. Scripture: • “The Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things.” John 14:26 • “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.” 2 Corinthians 13:14 • “Where can I go from Your Spirit?” Psalm 139:7
- 06We believe that Jesus died on the cross for the sins of humanity, was buried, and rose again on the third day according to the Bible, the Word of God. After His resurrection, Jesus ascended into heaven where He now sits at the right hand of the Father. Through His finished work, humanity can be reconciled to God. Scripture: • “Christ died for our sins… He was buried… and He was raised on the third day.” 1 Corinthians 15:3–4 • “He himself bore our sins in His body on the tree.” 1 Peter 2:24 • “After He said this, He was taken up before their very eyes.” Acts 1:9 • “Christ Jesus… is at the right hand of God.” Romans 8:34

- 08Yes. We believe that salvation is found only through Jesus Christ. No person can come to the Father apart from Him. Jesus is the Savior of the world, and forgiveness of sins and eternal life are available through faith in Him alone. Scripture: • “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 • “Salvation is found in no one else.” Acts 4:12 • “For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son.” John 3:16
- 09To be born again means that a person places their faith in Jesus Christ and receives new spiritual life through Him. When this happens, the believer becomes a new creation and is reconciled to God. Scripture: • “You must be born again.” John 3:3 • “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” 2 Corinthians 5:17 • “To all who received Him… He gave the right to become children of God.” John 1:12
- 10We believe that through the new birth, believers are united with Christ and are called to live from the truth of who they are in Him. Understanding this identity empowers believers to live in freedom, purpose, and victory. Scripture: • “It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me.” Galatians 2:20 • “You have been made complete in Christ.” Colossians 2:10 • “As He is, so are we in this world.” 1 John 4:17
- 11The name reflects the belief that believers are meant to be visible witnesses of Christ in the world. Just as a billboard publicly displays a message, the lives of believers display the message of Jesus through their words, actions, and character. Scripture: • “You are the light of the world.” Matthew 5:14 • “Let your light shine before others.” Matthew 5:16 • “We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors.” 2 Corinthians 5:20
- 12People participate by: • Growing in the knowledge of their identity in Christ • Renewing their minds through the Word of God • Living boldly as ambassadors of Jesus • Sharing the Gospel and demonstrating God’s love in everyday life The mission is to help believers re-present Christ out loud so the world can see the reality of His love and salvation. Scripture: • “Go into all the world and preach the gospel.” Mark 16:15 • “Let the redeemed of the Lord say so.” Psalm 107:2
